Discovery

We meet to discuss the reasons you are ready to sell your home, review current market prices and your expectations, discuss next steps, and choose the best options moving forward.

Review and Exploration

Get appraisals, state required home inspections, assess any repairs the home may need, review possible optional ways to improve value, and finalize our strategy and expectations.

List

After our strategy is finalized and we have a clear expectation for market value, interests rates, what offers we will accept, we list your home and start talking to buyers.

This is a negotiation

Though we may want a certain amount for the selling price, finding the right buyer may require some flexibility and anticipation on our end to speed up the the process.

Patience is required

Buyers are shopping for a new home daily. Though we may not find a buyer today, doesn’t mean we will not find one. Stay patient while we secure the best deal for you.
