We use your pre-approval amount to explore the market. Visiting open houses and I will begin searching for the best available listing to share with you.
Identify
Create a list of homes to be your final 3 choices. I will begin gathering as many details about the homes to ensure there are no surprises and you can make the best choice for you and your family.
Make an Offer
Once you have chosen your new home and we have confirmed that this is a good property to purchase, it is time for you to submit an offer for negotiations.

Though we may make a great offer on the perfect home there is always the chance that our offer is not the winning one. Remaining flexible and expecting of any situation can help you buy your new home.
Patience is required
Homes become available daily. Though we may not find the perfect one today, doesn’t mean we will not find it. The best things take time, and I want you to have the right home for the right price at the right time.
Stay positive
Buying a home can be stressful at times and test our ability to remain positive. My role is to reassure you through the entire process that everything will work out, all I ask is the you trust me.
